Listen to your body
When I was in my 40’s I persisted on running as my form of exercise – despite constant knee and hip soreness.
Now into my 60’s, I have been forced to have two knee operations and I am now looking at a potential hip replacement.
If I had of listened to my body when I was younger and looked at incorporating lower impact exercise I wouldn’t be in this situation! I can’t stress enough how important it is to listen to what your body is telling you – don’t push through the pain! Learn from my experience, there are so many alternative options these days when it comes to exercise – make the right choices for your body.
